SMS Terms & Conditions

1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2- Types of SMS Communications:
By opting into SMS communications from Club Control Systems, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Appointment reminders
• Support responses
• Billing inquiries
• Service-related notifications

Example: “Hello, in response to the software issue you experienced. Club Control Systems Support has identified the problem, and you will receive an update to fix the issue in the next 24 hours. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Club Control Systems at any time.”

3- Messaging Frequency and Costs
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communications. Mainly, Club Control Systems just responds to requests from established Customer’s looking for resolutions to problems experienced with the software. However, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per month related to billing or as notification of an upcoming software release

Example: “Hello, your ACH payment for this month’s billing failed. Please contact Club Control Systems asap to resolve this issue. Respond to this SMS message, call 770-674-8635 or email support@clubcontrolsys.com. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.”

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Club Control Systems in the following
ways:

• Verbally, during a conversation
• By services contract, where you have requested software support and have been provided with Club Control Systems SMS contact information for you to initiate service support requests.

6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
